 ADHD Coaching for Adults

Executive Functioning isn't always intuitive - I'm here to help

Folks with ADHD often struggle with executive functioning. Where it might seem like it comes intuitively to others, for those of us with ADHD, these are skills that may need to be taught or honed with support.

Growing up it may have felt like everyone else knew how to keep it together, and you just weren't getting it.

What you need are strategies that work specifically for you, in your current environments.

There's no one-size-fits-all approach to ADHD. In our work together, we willI explore correctly identifying your barriers and specific challenges.  Then, we problem solve to create solutions for you

My goal is to help you learn to work with your brain instead of feeling like it's working against you.

I'm Ready!

Parent Coaching

Parenting ADHD can feel hard - but it doesn't have to be

Does your child have ADHD?  Do you want to nurture their strengths, support their growth, but you just don't feel sure how to go about it?

Maybe you have ADHD yourself, and you're struggling to parent a child with ADHD too. As a social worker, one of the formative things I learned was that all behavior is communication. As a parent, I recognized the need to adapt my parenting approach to respond to the behavior based on brain science and my understanding of neurodivergence.

Our children are doing the best they can, with brains that are developing in a world that often feels beyond their control. Once we as parents understand how their brains work, we can make adaptations to our parenting approach. The results are waiting, you just need to get started!
